I'm Dr. Rajiv Malhotra, a seasoned business consultant with deep expertise in market dynamics, strategic planning, and financial analysis. My goal is to help businesses make informed decisions and develop clear, actionable roadmaps for long-term success.
As Managing Director of a fasteners company, I bring industry-specific insights that are especially valuable to businesses in manufacturing and related sectors. Having founded and led multiple ventures, I understand the entrepreneurial journey firsthand—from ideation to scaling operations.
My experience as an RMA engineer enables me to tackle technical and operational challenges effectively, integrating solutions that align with core business systems. I’ve overseen the development of over 1.5 million sq. ft. of built-up space in Mohali, including landmark projects like Seasia Infotech, Appworx Infotec, Nets Smarts Towers, and Manav Mangal School (Sector 88).
Currently, I am leading the development of a 10MW agrivoltaic solar power plant in Kapurthala, reflecting my commitment to sustainable infrastructure. I also consult on advanced construction technologies and supervise MEP services to ensure future-ready project execution.
